At NexfitPK, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order. If there is an issue with your order, we aim to handle returns and refunds in a clear, fair, and straightforward way.

Return Eligibility

If there is an issue with your order, you may contact us within 5 to 6 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were delivered. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for approval.

Open Parcel Service

NexfitPK offers open parcel service so customers can check their order at the time of delivery before fully accepting it.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin if the product meets the required conditions.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

In standard cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, NexfitPK will take responsibility for resolving the issue.
